We consider development to be one of the key departments of AG FOODS because only continuous improvement and innovation make it possible to offer customers top quality.
Based on requirements, especially from customers, we compile recipes so that they correspond to the assignment, work with respect to the technology used in production and are in accordance with current food legislation, trends, and research.
We test carefully various properties of the developed products. A very important part is their sensory analysis, i.e. the guided tastings, which take place internally with trained colleagues and externally with our customers.
Thanks to our university and practical knowledge, we are constantly enhancing, as well as our open and inquisitive nature, we like changes for better and look forward to further meaningful developments.
